The 5-position/loop system was developed through repeated experiments by our company's R&D team and front-line engineers from domestic authoritative testing institutions. The most scientifically reasonable number of positions/loops was determined based on these experiments. The reasons are as follows:
1. The standard amount of laundry powder used in the experiment should not be left for a long time, as it may absorb moisture and deteriorate. Especially in the humid environment of the water washing laboratory, it should not be left for more than 8 hours.
2. The one-time washing program of the fully automatic shrinkage rate tester takes 1-2 hours to execute. The 5-position/loop system takes approximately 8 hours to complete the execution. If further looping washing is needed, additional laundry powder can be added during the operation of the tester to achieve 1-999 cycles of washing.
3. The mechanical structure of the 5-position/loop system is compact, stable in performance, and the cup diameter of the positions is moderate. The operator can operate it conveniently.
