Used for mechanical strength pretreatment of masks and respirators under specified conditions.

【Instrument Characteristics】:
1. The device consists of a steel box for holding samples, a steel platform, a cam and its drive mechanism, and a control system.
2. The steel box is fixed on a vertically movable support. Through the rotation of the cam, the steel box is lifted by 20mm (i.e., the cam amplitude is 20mm ± 1.5%), and then it falls onto a steel platform by its own weight, generating one vibration.
3. The mass of the steel box should be greater than 10kg, and the mass of the steel platform should be at least 10 times that of the steel box.
4. Place the sample sideways in the steel box. The placement method should ensure that the samples do not touch each other during the test, allowing a 6mm horizontal movement interval and a free vertical movement distance.
【Technical Parameters】:
1. Cam rotation frequency: Adjustable from 50r/min to 150r/min
2. Sample clamping size: Adjustable from 10mm to 700mm
3. Working time: Can be set arbitrarily within (0~999)min
