【Instrument Characteristics】
1. Efficiency Testing: Uses the high-precision photometer from the United States TSI to detect the concentration of particles upstream and downstream, ensuring the accuracy and stability of sampling.
2. Flow Rate Testing: The system's flow rate is mainly provided by external dry and clean compressed air. There is an installed pressure stabilizing and flow control device inside to ensure the stability of the detection flow rate, and an automatic control system is adopted, which is simple, fast and stable.
3. Aerosol Generation: Uses the Collision multi-nozzle design, which can conduct salt and oil tests on the same instrument, ensuring the rapid and stable adjustment of fogging concentration (it is not recommended to frequently replace the fogging particles to obtain a longer maintenance period).
4. Test Results: Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, the test results are directly displayed on the interface. Users can choose to print or save the data directly.
5. Data Port: External storage card can be connected, allowing data to be exported, and there is no need to worry about data loss.
6. Resistance Testing: The resistance pressure difference of the filter material will be obtained through the static pressure rings of the upstream and downstream test chambers, and a high-precision imported brand pressure transmitter is used to ensure the accuracy and stability of the pressure difference.
7. Simple Operation: Users only need to place the sample in the fixture, press the button, adjust the test flow rate, and the system will automatically test the resistance and efficiency through the controller. The entire process is simple, fast and efficient.
