【Technical Characteristics】
1. It has 4 experimental stations, and up to 4 experiments can be conducted simultaneously.
2. The single-chip microcomputer automatically controls the test program, automatically counts time, and gives an alarm when the test is completed.
3. An additional mechanical indicator gauge is provided for total pressure, which is intuitive and convenient.
4. It is operated through a human-machine interface, with the touch screen displaying the pressure during the pressurization process in real time.
5. Each experimental station is equipped with independent pressure monitoring display.
6. The pressure is controlled by a CNC throttle valve to ensure that the test pressurization rate does not exceed 3.5 kPa/s.
7. The sample loading and unloading are done using a ratchet torque wrench with a torque of 13.6 N.m, which is convenient, fast, and the torque can be controlled.
