【 Scope of Application 】 :
This instrument is applicable to textiles of various compositions and structures that can withstand frictional charging, to assess the ease with which textiles used in the manufacture of clothing generate static electricity and their static electricity attenuation performance.

【 Technical Features 】 :
1.Non-contact electrostatic potential measurement;
2. Both the upper and lower computers can be operated and controlled independently for testing, automatically record test results, and issue data and reports.
3. Anti-static and anti-interference structure;
4. High-precision closed-loop stepping motors are adopted, ensuring smooth and precise motion control.
【 Technical Parameters 】 :
Test sample stage: Inner hole diameter 72mm±1mm, thickness 1.5mm±0.1mm;
2. Sample holder: Inner hole diameter 75mm±1mm, thickness 1mm±0.1mm;
3. Friction table: Curvature radius 250mm, end curvature radius 6mm, made of insulating material or wood material, with its top 1mm higher than the upper surface of the test sample plate;
4. Sensor: Effective diameter within the range of 40mm to 45mm, 50mm±1mm away from the test sample;
5. Electrostatic voltage calibration source: DC voltage, output voltage ±5kV continuously adjustable;
6. Calibration electrode: Diameter 62mm;
7. Friction head: Wooden (130±1)mm×(70±1)mm, thick (27±1)mm, with a groove of (10±1)mm inside. The groove is filled with absorbent cotton in a blackboard eraser shape and covered with cotton cloth. The mass of the absorbent cotton is 11g±1g.
8. Frictional pressure: The magnitude of the applied pressure causes a 3mm±0.1mm indentation between the friction head and the sample. Adjustment range: (0-8) mm±0.1mm;
9. Friction speed: 2 times per second;
10. Static electricity test range: -15000V to 15000V; Measurement accuracy: ±100V
11. Calibration electrostatic range: -5000V to 5000V Measurement accuracy: ±100V
12. Attenuation ratio: The attenuation range can be freely set within the range of 10% to 90%
