【Scope of Application】
It can automatically generate high-precision three-dimensional images of the fabric surface, accurately analyze the shape characteristics of the fabric surface, and achieve intelligent evaluation of various types of fabric appearance, including grading and classification of fabric balling, wire drawing, wrinkling, as well as other geometric parameters. The balling information includes the number, size, height, and size distribution map of balling, and can be applied to the evaluation of samples using different methods (such as circular trajectory method, Martindale method, random rolling method);
The fabric flatness analysis includes the density of fabric wrinkles, stiffness and grade, and can be used for the analysis of different fabric wrinkle styles, as well as for the measurement of sewing line flatness.
